Thomas Switala born and raised in South Africa and now living anywhere on the world.

I am an amateur athlete and a professional geek. The one keeps me sane the other one puts food on the table. The dream would be to have it turned around.

I love racing. Against others but most importantly against myself. Always trying to go faster, further or more interesting. I love and raced most distances from a fast and furious 5km to a mind and body challenging 100km. Recently I switched to Ironmans and Triathlons and loving it. Everything from the preparation, planning, training up to racing it.
